About me
My name is Sam Carey. A New Zealand artist now located in Melbourne, Australia.
I entered the professional scene in 2004 upon graduating from advertising creativity
and design schools.
Working for a bunch of major agencies, including Y&R, Clemenger Group and Ogilvy
on some major retail and brands such as Chrysler, Mazda, Vodafone, Woolworths,
STHILL, Specsavers and Melbourne Airport has given me the ability to accumulate
valuable experience and get to meet some amazing characters that enriched my
design and art direction skills.
My personal work extends beyond my work for advertising agencies. Implementing
a variety of Elements from photography to illustration to graphic design has allowed
me to expand my horizon and grow as an independent designer. So there was
ERUPTIVE ELEMENT born as the answer to my own drive to deliver creative,
inspiring solutions to my clients.
